In order to fix this, you will need to forget the Bluetooth® pairing on your smart device and perform a reset of the iGrill 3.
Perform a device reset:

Head to your smart device's Bluetooth® settings. Tap on the icon to the right of the device and tap "Unpair" or "Forget this Device"

Turn Bluetooth® off on your smart device

Completely shut down your smart device

With the iGrill 3 still powered on, press the power button on the front of the faceplate for 15 seconds to reset the iGrill 3

After 15 seconds, the iGrill 3 will flash indicating that the reset was successful

Power on your smart device and turn Bluetooth® back on

Open the Weber iGrill App

Tap on ‘Start Grilling' followed by 'Pair' on the photo of your iGrill 3

Tap 'Continue' once paired
