iGrill 2 Returns:
iGrill 2 devices purchased directly from Weber can be returned for a full refund. If the iGrill 2 was purchased through another retailer, the product must be returned to the point of purchase within the corresponding return window.
iGrill probes purchased separately that have been used cannot be returned or refunded due to sanitary reasons.
iGrill 2 Warranty:
The iGrill 2, including the Meat probes, is warrantied for two years. Cosmetic damages and exposure to direct flame or liquid are not covered under the Weber warranty.
Do not allow the wiring of the probes to be exposed to open flame or direct heat. Doing so may damage the probes resulting in inaccurate readings. We recommend suspending the wiring through an opening in your smoker or grill, such as the rotisserie slot.
To clean the iGrill Pro Meat Probes, wipe them down with either a damp towel or a sanitary wipe. Do not submerge the probes in water or liquid of any kind. This may result in moisture entering the crimp and wiring of the probe which will cause damage and inaccurate readings to occur.
